Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 23, 2026This Privacy Policy explains how Charms Interactive, Inc. ("Charms Interactive," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use Unwind at https://unwind.cash and related services that reference this Policy (collectively, "Unwind" or the "Services"). It also explains your choices and rights.
Unwind sells digital assets you deposit by placing them as liquidity in third-party pools on public blockchains and paying the proceeds and any unsold assets to a receiving address you choose. Most of what Unwind processes is therefore wallet and blockchain data, which is public by nature.
1. Information We Collect
Account and sign-in information. Unwind uses Privy for sign-in. We receive your email address if you sign in with email, your Privy account identifier, and the address of any external wallet you connect. If you connect a wallet as a receiving address, we keep the message you signed and its signature as proof that the wallet is yours.
Wallet and sale information. We process the address of your Unwind wallet on each supported network; your receiving addresses and how each was verified (a wallet signature, or the signed-in session in which you added it, which we record as a one-way hash of the session token and its timestamps); the wallets your deposits came from; your sale settings (token, amount, sale mode, prices, payout asset); balances; and the transactions Unwind makes for your sales and withdrawals.
Public blockchain data. Wallet addresses, transfers, liquidity positions, balances, and transaction hashes are recorded on public blockchains and read by Unwind to run and display your sales.
Device, usage, and diagnostics. We process your IP address and request metadata to route requests, limit abuse, and keep the Services secure, along with browser and device type, logs, and error reports. Error reports are sent to Sentry. Before a report leaves your browser or our servers, we remove user identifiers, credentials, cookies, request bodies, and URL query strings, and replace email addresses, access tokens, and Privy identifiers in the report text.
Communications. If you contact us, we keep your message and our reply.
We do not use advertising trackers or third-party product analytics on Unwind.
2. How We Use Information
- Create, authenticate, secure, and administer your account and your Unwind wallet
- Run the sales you request: place, move, and close liquidity positions, convert proceeds, and pay out proceeds and unsold assets to your receiving address
- Verify receiving addresses, and check that proof again before every payout
- Show your sales, their progress, and their on-chain activity
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, sanctions exposure, and violations of our Terms
- Monitor the Services, diagnose errors, and improve performance
- Respond to support, privacy, legal, and security requests
- Comply with law and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims
3. How We Disclose Information
We disclose information only as described in this Policy, as you direct, or as legally permitted. Service providers that process personal information for us must protect it and use it only for the contracted purpose. Categories of recipients include:
- Privy, for sign-in and for the server-wallet infrastructure behind your Unwind wallet
- Supabase, Railway, and Cloudflare, for our database, application hosting, website delivery, and security, including Cloudflare Turnstile during sign-in
- Sentry, for error diagnostics, after the scrubbing described above
- WalletConnect and Coinbase Wallet, when you connect a wallet through them
- Public blockchains, RPC and data providers, and third-party liquidity protocols such as Uniswap, as needed to read markets and carry out the transactions your sales require
- Our internal team messaging (Slack), which receives operational notices about sale activity that contain no account identifiers or email addresses
We may also disclose information to comply with law; to protect users, the public, or our rights; to investigate fraud or abuse; or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal information.
4. Public Blockchain Data
Your Unwind wallet, your receiving addresses, your deposits, your sale's liquidity positions, and your payouts are recorded on public blockchains. Anyone can see them, and blockchain analytics providers and other people may link them to each other or to you. A shared sale link shows that sale's public details, including a shortened receiving address, to anyone who opens it.
Public blockchain records are permanent and are not controlled by us. We cannot edit or delete them, even after you close your account.
5. Cookies and Browser Storage
We use cookies and browser storage for sign-in, keeping your session, and security. You can clear or block them in your browser settings, but signing in will not work without them.
6. Retention and Account Deletion
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide Unwind and for legitimate purposes such as security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, enforcing our agreements, and legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations. Records of sales, payouts, withdrawals, and receiving-address proofs are kept as financial and security records. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed, unless retention is permitted or required by law.
To request deletion of your account, contact hey@feel.cash. We may verify your identity first, and we will confirm when the request is complete. If a sale is still open, it is cancelled first and its proceeds and unsold assets are paid to its receiving address. Deletion cannot erase public blockchain records or copies controlled by third parties.
7. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal information, to receive a portable copy, and to appeal a denied request. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it, and you may complain to your local data-protection authority.
California and other U.S. state residents may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. Contact us to exercise a right; we may verify your identity and will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
For people in the EEA, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, our legal bases include performing our contract with you, legitimate interests such as security and fraud prevention, and compliance with legal obligations.
8. International Transfers
We and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries whose laws differ from those where you live. Where required, we use recognized safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual protections.
9. Security
Your Unwind wallet is your own wallet, held on a secure server by Privy instead of in your browser. It is protected by a 2-of-3 key quorum and a restricted signer that can only make the transactions your sales need, and it only pays out to receiving addresses you have proven are yours. We also use other technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Protect your devices, email account, and wallets, and report suspected vulnerabilities or unauthorized access to security@feel.cash.
10. Minors
Unwind is not directed to anyone under 18, and people under 18 may not use it. We do not knowingly collect personal information from people under 18. If you believe a person under 18 has provided personal information, contact hey@feel.cash.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy. We will update the date above and provide additional notice of material changes where required by law.
